A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TEN ADDITIONAL TAXICAB
PERMITS AND FOUR STANDBY PERMITS TO CAPITOL CAB
COMPANY AND EIGHT STANDBY TAXICAB PERMITS TO
BLACK & WHITE CAB COMPANY.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby authorized ten additional
taxicab permits and four standby permits to Capitol Cab Company.
At no time will Capitol Cab Company have more than 35 cabs in
service.
SECTION 2. There is hereby authorized eight standby
taxicab permits for Black & White Cab Company. At no time will
Black & White Cab Company exceed 75 cabs in service.
SECTION 3. Both companies shall submit monthly reports
on the use of the standby permits listing the dates used and
which cabs they replaced. All additional cars shall be no more
than five years old.
