A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS FOR
THE PLEASANT VALLEY ESTATES STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 637
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, by Ordinance No. 14,798 adopted and approved
December 18, 1984 ( "Ordinance No. 14,798 ") created The Pleasant
Valley Estates Street Improvement District No. 637 (the
"District ");
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 14,798, the Board of
Directors appointed Robert W. Palmer, L. Kirk Tompkins and John
Silver as Commissioners of the District; and

WHEREAS, Robert W. Palmer and John Silver have resigned
as Commissioners and L. Kirk Tompkins has failed to take his oath
within the time provided by law and must be reappointed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That Jerry Carter and James Studdard,
owners of real property within the boundaries of the District, are
hereby appointed to replace Robert W. Palmer and John Silver as
Commissioners of the District.
Section 2. That L. Kirk Tompkins is hereby reappointed
as Commissioner of the District.
Section 3. That all ordinances, resolutions and parts
thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
