RESOLUTION NO. 7.374 191
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE TAYLOR STREET BETWEEN 33RD AND
35TH AND 34TH STREET BETWEEN TAYLOR STREET AND
COLEMAN CREEK, IN RUEBEL & LEYMER'S ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 25th
day of Marcht 1985, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all of Taylor Street between 33rd and 35th
Streets and West 34th Street between Taylor Street and
Coleman Creek, in Blocks 4, 5, 8 and 9 of Ruebel and
Leymer's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of
record in Plat Book 1, Page 1241 in the the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to
any public utility easements located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 21st day of May , 1985.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
