A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. MARTIN BORCHERT
TO THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT POLICY BOARD;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, hereby appoints Mr. Martin Borchert to the
Central Arkansas Transit Policy Board to fill the vacancy
created by the resignation of Mrs. Janet Buford. The
appointment is for an indefinite term.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
