RESOLUTION NO. 7.468 399
A RESOLUTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADOPTING THE
DOWNTOWN LITTLE ROCK STREETSCAPE
STRATEGY AS A GUIDELINE FOR PROPERTY
OWNERS UNDERTAKING STREETSCAPE
IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Metrocentre Commission and certain downtown
business people have initiated the development of a
streetscape strategy; and
WHEREAS, the City Beautiful Commission has appointed a
Streetscape Advisory Committee which assisted with the
development of the Streetscape Strategy; and
WHEREAS, the City Beautiful Commission and the
Planning Commission have approved the document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby adopts the
Downtown Little Rock Streetscape Strategy as a guideline for
future streetscape improvements.
