RESOLUTION NO. 7,436
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXTEND THE CONTRACTS OF THE SUNNYMEADE
DRAINAGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT WITH BERNARD
NABHOLZ, INC., THE ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH CIVIL DESIGN, INC. AND THE EXPENDITURE OF
$156,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
extend the contract of the Sunnymeade Drainage Construction
project with Bernard Nabholz, Inc., the engineering services
contract with Civil Design, Inc. for the completion of the Rock
Creek Maintenance - Final Phase.
SECTION 2. There is hereby allocated the expenditure of
the sum of $156,000.00 from the previously appropriated Plan VII
Account.
