A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO GRANT AN
EASEMENT TO AT &T FOR AN UNDERGROUND CABLE AT
INTERSTATE PARK.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute all documents necessary to grant an easement to AT &T
for an underground cable at Interstate Park.
Section 2. A copy Of the legal description is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A ".

A Five (5) Foot Easement adjacent and parallel to the Westerly
R/W Line to the C.H.R.I.& P Railroad, located in the SW 1/4 of
Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 12 West; AND a Five (5) Foot
easement adjacent and parallel to the Westerly R/W of said R.R
and North of Interstate 30, all being in the North One -Half
of the Northwest One- Quarter of Section 22, Township 1 North,
Range 12 West.
