C 413 WHEREAS, unencumbered budget balances for some 11th Year CDBG street and drainage projects will not be required to complete them; and WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has received additional 12th Year CDBG entitlement funding in the amount of $330,000.00; and WHEREAS, the CDBG Coordinating Committee for citizen participation planning has recommended use of these funds according to the attached schedule. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to transfer unencumbered balances totaling $250,000.00 from 11th Year CDBG street and drainage projects to the 12th Year Program, and to appropriate that amount along with $330,000.00 in additional CDBG fundings as per the attached list of activities for the 12th Year CDBG Program.
