RESOLUTION NO. 95
A RESOLUTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDING REVOCATION OF A PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT ENTITLED KANIS /ALDERSGATE
APARTMENTS LONG -FORM PRD (FILE Z -4403) TO
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, the Planned Unit Development (PUD) titled
Kanis /Aldersgate Apartments Long -form PRD was preliminarily
approved by both Planning Commission in May 1985 and the
Little Rock Board of Directors in June 1985 by Ordinance
No. 14,894; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little
Rock provides for revocation in Section 36 -458,
Paragraph a., in instances where the owner fails to file a
final plan /plat; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the lands involved in the Planned
Unit Development has not pursued the approved preliminary
plat; and
WHEREAS, the owner has caused a reclassification action
to be filed whereby the land involved will be reclassified
as "0 -3" General Office after approval by the Little Rock
Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Planning Commission voted to recommend
to the Board of Directors that the subject PUD be revoked
and the pre- existing classification of "0-3" General Office
be restored.
