RESOLUTION NO. 11,802
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS, REAPPOINTMENTS,
AND REINSTATEMENTS TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
AMBULANCE AUTHORITY, ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF
TRUSTEES, COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD;
CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS,
HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION, MUSEUM OF DISCOVERY
BOARD OF TRUSTEES, OAKLAND FRATERNAL CEMETERY BOARD,
RIVER MARKET DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE, LITTLE
ROCK ZOO BOARD OF GOVERNORS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed, reappointed, or
reinstated as members of the following Boards and /or Commissions:
AMBULANCE AUTHORITY
Scott Gordon, reappointed to serve his first full five -year term, said term expiring
July 5, 2009.
Patty W. Lueken, appointed to serve a full five -year term, said term expiring July
5, 2009.
ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Margaret Whillock, reappointed to serve her first full four -year term, said term
expiring June 30, 2008.
C. Douglas Buford Jr., reappointed to serve a full four -year term, said term
expiring June 30, 2008.
Vicki Saviers, reappointed to serve a full four -year term, said term expiring June
30, 2008.
Lisa Warren, appointed to serve a full four -year term replacing J. French Hill, said
term expiring June 30, 2008.
Kim Evans, appointed to serve a full four -year term replacing Robert Shults, said
term expiring June 30, 2008.
Belinda Shults, appointed to serve a full four -year term replacing Joan Sloan, said
term expiring June 30, 2008.
ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES (cony.)
George Gleason, appointed to serve a full four -year term replacing Carmelita
Smith, said term expiring June 30, 2008.
COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD
Darryl Swinton (Non -profit CDC), reappointed to serve his first full three -year term,
said term expiring June 2, 2007.
Susan Johnson Chan (Real Estate Buss Comm), appointed to serve a full three -year
term replacing Gerry Nash, said term expiring June 2, 2007.
Christopher D. Porter (Landlord Rep), appointed to serve an unexpired term left
vacant by Charles Johnson, said term expiring June 2, 2006.
CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
Isaac Ross (Master Electrical Contractor, appointed to serve his first full four -year
term replacing Emery Crossland, said term expiring January 05, 2008.
HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
Job Serebrov, (Quapaw Quaver Association), appointed to serve a full term replacing
Carolyn Newbern, said term expiring June 15, 2006.
MUSEUM OF DISCOVERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Irma Hunter Brown, appointed to serve a partial term expiring December 31,
2006.
OAKLAND FRATERNAL CEMETERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Harry Hamner, reappointed to serve a second full three -year term, said term
expiring June 1, 2007.
Eura Jeanne Smith, reappointed to serve a full three -year term, said term expiring
June 1, 2007.
Barbara Rogers, reappointed to serve a full three -year term, said term expiring
June 1, 2007.
Ivory Roper, reappointed to serve a second full three -year term, said term expiring
June 1. 2007.
A. Keith Jernigan, appointed to serve a full three -year term replacing Charles
Shelton, said tern expiring June 1, 2007.

RIVER MARKET DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
Patty Wingfield (Property Owner), reappointed to serve a second full three -year
term, said term expiring August 6, 2007.
Tim Heiple (Architect), reappointed to serve a second full three -year term, said
term expiring August 6, 2007.
Shannon Jeffrey -Light (River Market Rep), reappointed to serve a full three -year
term, said term expiring August 6, 2007.
Frank A. Porbeck (Property Owner), appointed to serve an unexpired term left
vacant by Gregory Hart, August 6, 2005.
LITTLE ROCK ZOO BOARD OF GOVERNORS
Beth Milligan, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by Kim Sutton,
said term expiring February 16, 2005.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
