G'] 10 WHEREAS, it is necessary for Entergy Arkansas, Inc. to place certain electrical 11 facilities over certain land owned by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, located in the 12 Russell's Addition in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. 13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 14 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 15 Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the 16 necessary documents to grant a right -of -way easement to the Entergy Arkansas, Inc. for 17 the purpose of placing certain electrical facilities on land located within the William J. 18 Clinton Presidential Park in Russell's Addition, within the City of Little Rock. The 19 right -of -way easement is attached hereto, identified as Attachment "A ". 20 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, 21 clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or 22 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining 23 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so 24 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 25 resolution. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions inconsistent with this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. This is the grassed area in the 13 general location of the south bound exit ramp from I -30. 14 (C) The non -paved area just north of President Clinton Avenue and west of the I -30 15 bridge abatement.
