A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD,
COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD, AND
MIDTOWN REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 ADVISORY
BOARD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed as members of the
following Boards and/or Commissions:
ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD
Barbara Lensing, appointed to serve her first two -year term replacing John
Yarbrough, said term expiring on November 28, 2005.
COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD
Michael D. Robinson, appointed to serve his first three -year term replaving Jane
Gring, said term expiring June 2, 2007.
MIDTOWN REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 ADVISORY BOARD
The initial seven members of the Advisory Board shall draw lots for initial terms of one -
year (2 members), two -year (2 members), or three -year (3 members) terms.
H. Baker Kurrus, appointed to serve as the Little Rock School Board representative.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
