RESOLUTION NO. 11,%1 CIRCUIT/COUNTY CLERK Fees 411.80 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 15, 2004, AS THE DATE OF 4 HEARING ON THE APPEAL OF THE PLANNING 5 COMMISSION'S DENIAL OF THE APPLICATION TO ABANDON 6 A PORTION OF THE FIFTY - FOOT -WIDE GRANT STREET RIGHT- 7 OF -WAY BETWEEN LOTS 7 -10, BLOCK 9, AND LOTS 7 -10, BLOCK 8 10, LINCOLN PARK ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; 9 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 10 11 WHEREAS, an application was filed to abandon a portion of the fifty- foot -wide 12 Grant Street right -of -way between Lots 7 -10, Block 9, and Lots 7 -10, Block 10, Lincoln 13 park Addition, and 14 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its April 8, 2004, meeting, 15 denied the application for said abandonment by virtue of a vote of 5 affirmative and 6 16 negative, and 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 18 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 19 Section 1. The hearing on the appeal of the denial of the Planning 20 Commission to abandon the above - mentioned right -of -way shall be held at a meeting 21 of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six 22 o'clock on the 15th day of June, 2004. 23 Section 2.
