A RESOLUTION MAKING REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY
BOARD AND PORT AUTHORITY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby reappointed as members of the
following Boards and /or Commissions:
ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD
Dr. William Cole Bierbaum (Physician Veterinary Medicine), reappointed to serve
his first full two -year, said term expiring on November 28, 2005.
PORT AUTHORITY
Larry Alman, reappointed to serve a second five -year term, said term expiring July 6,
2009.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
