3 A RESOLUTION TO RENEW ONE OPERATOR PERMIT AND
4 125 TAXICAB VEHICLE PERMITS FOR GREATER LITTLE
5 ROCK TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, LLC FOR THE PERIOD
6 FROM JANUARY 1, 2004 TO DECEMBER 31, 2004; AND FOR
7 OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors approved one operator permit and 125
10 taxicab vehicle permits for the Greater Little Rock Transportation Service, LLC,
11 ( "GLRTS ") in Little Rock, Arkansas, Resolution No. 11,415 (December 17, 2002), to
12 operate under the names of Black & White Cab Company or Yellow Cab Company, and
13 WHEREAS, GLRTS has properly applied for renewal of these permits for the
14 year 2004, and has established that it is properly insured and in compliance with the
15 City Transportation Code,
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
17 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
18 Section 1. GLRTS is granted a renewal for one operator permit and 125 taxicab
19 vehicle permits for the period from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004, to be operated
20 under the names Black & White Cab Company and Yellow Cab Company.
21 Section 2. These permits are granted for one year but if there is a change in the
22 Transportation Code, then the permits will be brought back to the Board to be made
23 compliant with the new changes.
24 Section 3. Severability. In the event any portion of this resolution is declared or
25 adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not
26 affect the remaining portions of this resolution, which shall remain in full force and

1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
2 originally a part of this resolution.
3 Section 4. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which
4 are in conflict with any provision of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of
5 such conflict.
