A RESOLUTION SUPPLEMENTING ORDINANCE NO. 18,891 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
ESTABLISHING THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT, PRINCIPAL. MATURITIES,
INTEREST RATES, AND REOFFERING PRICES OF THE CITY'S HOTEL AND
RESTAURANT GROSS RECEIPTS TAX REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 2003;
AUTHORIZING THE ACTING MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER DOCUMENTS; AND
PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, adopted Ordinance No. 18,891 on
June 17, 2003, for the purpose of authorizing the issuance and sale of not to exceed $3,900,000 Hotel and Restaurant
Gross Receipts Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2003 (the "Series 2003 Bonds "); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 18,891 authorized the City to establish the aggregate principal amount, annual
principal maturities, interest rates, and reoffering prices of the Series 2003 Bonds by resolution supplemental
thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION I. The Series 2003 Bonds shall be issued in the aggregate principal amount of $3,710,000, mature on
August 1 of the years 2004 through 2006, inclusive, in the amounts, shall bear interest payable semiannually on
February 1 and August I of each year, commencing February I, 2004, at the rates, and shall be sold at the reoffering
prices all as set forth below:

SECTION 2. In the absence of the Mayor, the Acting Mayor shall execute and deliver the Bonds and all other
documents and certificates authorized or permitted to be executed and delivered. by the City in connection with the
issuance of the Bonds. _
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 18,891, as supplemented by this Resolution, is hereby ratified and confirmed.
