A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE LITTLE ROCK
AMERICANS WITH DIABILITIES ACT CITIZEN GRIEVANCE
COMMITTEE, AND THE CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed as a member of the
respective Board and Commission:
AMERICANS WITH DIABILITIES ACT CITIZEN GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
Adam Chandler, appointed to serve a four -year term, said term expiring on July 6, 2006.
Susan Plegge, appointed to serve a four -year term, said term expiring on July 6, 2006.
CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
John Beneke, reappointed to serve a three -year term, said term expiring on October 19, 2005.
Tim Heiple, reappointed to serve a three -year term, said term expiring on October 19, 2005.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
