WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Broadmoor Recreational Area Improvement
District No. 21 of Little Rock, Arkansas ( "District') recommend the appointment of Milton
John Englade, Jr., Robert L. Leckie, JoAnn Leighton and David Medlock as commissioners
for the District, and
WHEREAS, the commissioners of the District also recommend the reaffirmation of
the appointment of commissioners Collins Devon Cockrell, Jr., Jon Hilton, Andrea Hooten,
Pat Mitchell, and Jack Perciful to the District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Milton John Englade, Jr., Robert Leckie, JoAnn Leighton and David
Medlock are hereby appointed as members of the Board of Commissioners of the Broadmoor
Recreational Area Improvement District No. 2 of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. That the appointments of commissioners Collins Devon Cockrell, Jr., Jon
Hilton, Andrea Hooten, Pat Mitchell, and Jack Perciful, are hereby reaffirmed.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective upon its adoption and approval.
