4 INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL
5 CONTROLLERS AND TEST EQUIPMENT FOR THE PUBLIC
6 WORKS DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has determined that certain traffic signal
controllers and test equipment is in need of replacement, and
WHEREAS, after complying with City bidding procedures, the sole bidder meeting
minimum specifications is Temple, Inc. of Decatur, Alabama.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Temple, Inc. of Decatur, Alabama in the amount of $55,810.00 for the purchase of thirty (30)
traffic signal controllers and a NEMA Tester (Panel Mount).
Section 2. Funds are available for this contract in Account No. 200 - 220 - 2360 -4050.
