HomeMy WebLinkAbout11319• 0 1 RESOLUTION NO. 11,319 i] 3 A RESOLUTION AMENDING LITTLE ROCK, ARK., RESOLUTION 4 NO. 11,252 (APRIL 2, 2002) AUTHORIZING A TNEP CONTRACT 5 WITH FRED NELSON AND LYNETTE NELSON. 6 7 WHEREAS, on April 2, 2002, the Little Rock Board of Directors ( "BOD ") passed 8 Little Rock, Ark., Resolution 11,252 ( "LRR 11,252 "); and 9 WHEREAS, LRR 11,252 authorized City Manager to execute a contract with Fred 10 and Lynette Nelson for the rehabilitation of a residence in the Tornado Disaster Rebuild 11 TNEP Area; and 12 WHEREAS, the address provided in the application for the TNEP funds was 13 incorrectly stated to be 524 East 171h Street, while the correct address where the 14 renovations will be made is 2200 Arch Street; and 15 WHEREAS, the resolution should be amended to reflect the correct address 16 where the TNEP funds will be used to make repairs and renovations; 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 18 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS: 19 Section 1. Little Rock Resolution No. 11,252 (April 2, 2002) is hereby amended 20 only to change the address of the single family residence from 524 East 171h Street to the 21 correct address of 2200 Arch Street where the TNEP funds will be used to make repairs. 22 Section 2. In all other respects LRR 11,252 shall remain unchanged and in full 23 force and effect. 24 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, 25 clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or 26 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining 27 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so 1 2 3 2 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 0 0 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the resolution. Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
