A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. RONALD COPELAND AS
RESIDENT COMMISSIONER TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. Ronald Copeland is hereby appointed as Resident Commissioner of
the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, said term expiring May 30,
2006.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full for ace and effect from and after its
adoption.

and certificate being duly signed by the Mayor of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
that the foregoing is a true, correct, and compared copy of the original Certificate of
Appointment which is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
I further certify that Ronald Copeland is neither an officer nor employee of the City of
Little Rock.
