A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO HAROLD DAVIS
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF THE RECONSTRUCTION OF
GILL STREET BRIDGE.
WHEREAS, Improvements are needed at Gill Street Bridge to improve safety, traffic
flow and enhance pedestrian access.
AND, Harold Davis Construction Company submitted the lowest bid meeting
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City manger is hereby authorized to award a contract and execute an
agreement with Harold Davis Construction Company in an amount not to exceed
$71,912.08 ($65,374.62 plus 1-% contingencies) for the construction of improvements to
Gill Street Bridge.
SECTION 2. Funding for the project is available from 304 - 220 -A253.
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
