RESOLUTION NO. 11,199
A RESOLUTION TO RENEW 125 TAXICAB OPERATORS
PERMITS FOR GREATER LITTLE ROCK TRANSPORTATION
SERVICES, LLC, FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2002 TO
DECEMBER 31,2002; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors approved 125 taxicab operator permits
from for the Greater Little Rock Transportation Service, LLC, ( "GLRTS ") in Little
Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 10,963 (December 19, 2000), to operate under the
names Black & White Cab Company or Yellow Cab Company, and
WHEREAS, GLRTS has properly applied for renewal of these permits for
the year 2002, and has established that it is properly insured and in compliance
with the City Transportation Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. GLRTS is granted a renewal for 125 taxicab operator permits
for the period from January 1, 2002 to December 31, 2002, to be operated under
the names Black & White Cab Company and Yellow Cab Company.
Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be
invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the
remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as
if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
originally a part of the resolution.

1 Section 3. Repealer. All resolutions, bylaws, and other matters
2 inconsistent with this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such
3 inconsistency.
