HomeMy WebLinkAbout11196RESOLUTION NO. 11, 196 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF GLOVER STREET, NORTH OF BISCAYNE DRIVE, IN BELLEVUE AND GIBBY ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 30th Day of November, 2001, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon a portion of Glover Street, North of Biscayne Drive, in Block 20 of Bellevue Addition and in Gibby Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plats of said Additions now appearing of record in Plat Book 1, page 251, and Plat Book 13, page 67, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski county, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said streets.. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City hall at 6:00 P.M. on the 2nd Day of January 2002. SECTION 2. The City Clerk is herby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski, County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
