A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPPOINTENTS ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER
BOARD OF TRUSTEES, CENTRAL ARKANSAS
TRANSIT AUTHORITY, COMMISSION ON
DOMESTIC, HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION,
MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY
COMMISSION, RACIAL & CULTURAL DIVERSITY
COMMISSION, RIVERMARKET DISTRICT
DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed or reappointed
as members of the respective Boards and Commissions:
(a) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BD OF TRUSTEES
The following individuals are hereby appointed:
Replacing:
Joseph Hurst , term expiring, June 30, 2005 Mrs. Joseph Hurst
E Wilson Moore, term expiring, June 30, 2003 Greg Barnes
Gladys Whitney, term expiring, June 30, 2005 Harriet Stephens
The following individuals are hereby reappointed, said term expiring June 30,
2005:

(b) CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY
Ms. Janet Tate, appointed to serve a four year term, replacing Mr. Douglas
Hardin, said term expiring August 26, 2005.

(c) COMMISSION ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Ms. Renee McCorkle Bryan, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Ms. Michelle
Bailey, said term expiring November 1, 2003.
(d) HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
Mr. Wyatt Weems, reappointed to serve a three year term, said term expiring June
15, 2001.
Ms. Carolyn Newbern, appointed to serve a three year term, replacing Mr. John
Greer, Jr., said term expiring June 15, 2004.
(e) MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY COMMISSION
Mr. Jason Hendren, reinstated to complete term, said term expiring February 21,
2002.
(f) RACIAL & CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION
Mr. John Siccardi, (At large) appointed to fill the unexpired term of Ms. Elizabeth
Plowman, said term expiring March 3, 2003.
(g) RIVERMARKET DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
Mr. Tim Heiple, appointed to replace Mr. Don Renshaw, said term expiring
August 6, 2004.
Ms. Patty Wingfield, appointed to replace Mr. Christie Godwin - Tilbury, said term
expiring August 6, 2004.
Ms. Jim Schimmer, appointed to replace Mr. Larry Jacimore, said term expiring
August 6, 2004.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
