2 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN
3 REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE LITTLE ROCK PORT
4 INDUSTRIAL PARK; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
5 CLERK TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED FOR THE
6 CONVEYANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
7 WHEREAS, Cracker Box, L.L.C., an Arkansas corporation (the "Purchaser ") desires to
8 purchase certain real property located in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park owned by the City of Little
9 Rock, Arkansas (the "City"), and
10 WHEREAS, Purchaser has made an offer in the sum of Four Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand
1 I and no/ 100 Dollars ($467,000.00) for the property, and
12 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors finds that the proposed sale to the Purchaser will
13 help to secure and develop industry in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park, thereby providing substantial
14 employment and payroll.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
16 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The sale of the property for the consideration stated above is approved and the
18 Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City a Warranty
19 Deed and the appropriate plat and bill of assurance, conveying the property to the Purchaser or its
20 designee, upon full payment of the purchase price in the sum of Four Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand and
21 no /100 Dollars ($467,000.00) paid to the Little Rock Port Authority.
22 Section 2. The property is substantially described as follows, with such changes as shall be
23 approved by the City Attorney and the Mayor, the execution of the Warranty Deed authorized by this
24 resolution shall constitute evidence of such approval:

A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, and the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 16, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Area 203, Tract C, Little Rock Port Industrial Park.
