RESOLUTION NO. 11,110
A RESOLUTION AMENDING LITTLE ROCK, ARK.
RESOLUTION NO. 11,039 TO MODIFY THE TIME
PERIOD TERM FOR THE CONTRACT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Little Rock, Ark. Resolution No. 11,039 (April 1, 2001) authorized
the City Manager to enter into contract negotiations with Women and Children First: the
Center Against Family Violence ( "Contractor) to provide domestic violence prevention,
intervention and education programs for children in Little Rock from April 1, 2001
through March 30, 2002.
WHEREAS, due to extended contract negotiations it is required that the term of
the contract be modified to demonstrate the beginning of Contractor's actual performance
date.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Little Rock, Ark. Resolution No. 11,039 (April 2001) is
hereby amended to modify the contract term for a one -year period from July 1, 2001
through June 30, 2002.
