A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING
COMMISSION'S ACTION IN APPROVING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR A MULTISECTIONAL MANUFACTURED HOME
TO BE LOCATED ON R-2 ZONED PROPERTY LOCATED AT
3820 FOSTER STREET (Z- 7009).
WHEREAS, an application was filed, by Marion Ruth Moore with
the Little Rock Planning Commission for a conditional use permit to
allow for a multisectional manufactured home on R -2 zoned property
located at 3820 Foster Street; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its
May 3, 2001 meeting, approved the application with certain
restrictions and conditions; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has determined
that action to be inappropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The action of the Little Rock Planning Commission
in approving an application for a conditional use permit to allow
for a multisectional manufactured home on R -2 zoned property
located at 3820 Foster Street is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. Said conditional use permit is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
