A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
AND A REAPPPOINTENT TO THE LITTLE ROCK
PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE LITTLE
ROCK PORT AUTHORITY BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed or reappointed
as members of the respective Boards and Commissions:
(a) LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION
Mr. Norm Floyd, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Mr. Hugh Earnest, said
term expiring November 1, 2001.
(b) LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY
Mr. Gary Barket, reappointed to serve a five year term, expiring July 6, 2006.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
