A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH PRO FIRE EQUIPMENT LLC
FOR THE PURCHASE TO TWO (2) CUSTOM TRIPLE
COMBINATION FIRE PUMPERS FOR THE LITTLE ROCKFIRE
DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Fire Department requires two (2) additional custom triple
combination fire pumpers, and
WHEREAS, after complying with City bidding procedures, the lowest responsible bidder meeting
minimum specifications is Pro Fire Equipment LLC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Pro Fire
Equipment LLC for the purchase of two (2) custom triple combination fire pumpers in the amount of
Five Hundred Twenty-three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty and no/100 Dollars ($523,960.00).
Section 2. Funds for this purchase are allocated in the 2001 Fleet Services Fire Department
Replacement Fund.
