RESOLUTION NO. 11,055
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH KENNETH GOSS AS PART OF THE CENTRAL HIGH
TARGETED NEIGHBORHOOD ENHANCEMENT PLAN TO RENOVATE A
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 1519 MARSHALL STREET, IN THE
APPROVED CENTRAL HIGH TNEP ARE, A.
WHEREAS, Kenneth Goss will renovate and reside in the structure at 1519 Marshall
Street; and
WHEREAS, the renovation will encompass the interior and exterior of the structure with
a project cost of $44,118.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with Kenneth Goss
for the renovation of the residence at 1519 Marshall Street in the approved Central High
TNEP area.
SECTION 2. This action authorizes a$8,823.00 contract between the City of Little
Rock, and Kenneth Goss to support renovation activities at 1519 Marshall Street in the
Central High TNEP area.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
