RESOLUTION NO. 11,054
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH ALL SERVICE ELECTRIC IN THE
AMOUNT OF $76,199 FOR CANTRELL ROAD
PEDESTRIAN SIGNAL, A 2000 ENHANCEMENT
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, this project was selected as a 2000 Enhancement Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with All Services
Electric, in the amount of $76,199 ($69,272 plus 10% contingency) for Cantrell Road Pedestrian
Signal.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 304-220-BI 18.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
