RESOLUTION NO. 11M
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO COMMISSION ON
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, COMMUNITY HOUSING
ADVISORY BOARD, EDUCATION COMMISSION,
MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY MUSUEM
COMMISSION, RACIAL AND CULTURAL
DIVERSITY COMMISSION AND SISTER CITIES
COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed or reappointed
as members of the respective Boards and Commissions:
(a) COMMISSION ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Ms. Nicole Sheffield, reappointed to serve a three year term, expiring November
1, 2004.
(b) COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD
Mr. Del Berry, reappointed to serve a three year term, expiring June 2, 2004.
Ms. Gerry Nash reappointed to serve a three year term, expiring June 2, 2004.
(c) EDUCATION COMMISSION
Ms. Catherine Mitchell, reinstated to complete her term, expiring November 1,
2001.
Mr. Kenneth Richardson, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Milce Pierce,
said term expiring November 1, 2002.

(d) MACARTHUR MUSEUM OF MILITARY HISTORY COMMISSION
The following individuals are hereby reappointed:

Maj. Gen. Robert Orton

The following individuals are hereby appointed:

(e) RACIAL & CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION
Mr. Thomas Brannon, reinstated to complete his term, said term expiring March
3, 2002.
Mr. Armand Delaurell, reappointed to serve a three year term, said term expiring
March 3, 2004.
Mr. Will Parker, appointed to serve a three year term, expiring March 3, 2004.
Ms. Willa Black Sanders, reappointed to serve a three year term, expiring March
3, 2004.
Mr. Eric Walker, reappointed to serve a three year term, expiring March 3, 2004.
(i) SISTER CITIES COMMISSION
Mr. Donita Alexander, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Mr. Alfred
Williams, said term expires January 5, 2002.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
