A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH BARTLETT & WEST ENGINEERS
FOR STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO
FOURCHE DAM PIKE, A 2000 TIP PROJECT.
WHEREAS, this project was selected as a Transportation Improvement Project (TIP) by Metroplan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an engineering services contract
with Bartlett & West Engineers, in the amount of $56,621 ($51,474 plus 10% contingency) for
Fourche Dam Pike, Richland Drive to Plantation Drive, street and drainage improvements.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 301 -220 -0061.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
