A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON AN
ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE ANNEXATION OF 27.54
ACRES, MORE OR LESS, SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 10
ADJACENT TO THE CHENAL VALLEY (ABERDEEN)
SUBDIVISION (PROPERTY OWNED BY THE BIBLE CHURCH
OF LITTLE ROCK).
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Little Rock Board of Directors on
the January 18, 2001, asking the Board to pass an ordinance accepting the annexation of
certain lands to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as described in the petition, a copy of
which is attached as Exhibit "A ".
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Little Rock Board of Directors at 6 p.m. on the 6`h day of March, 2001.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
