RESOLUTION NO. 11,004
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS
FOR THE SALE OF A PORTION OF CTI Y OWNED
PROPERTY ON ARKANSAS RIVER FOR
FLOWAGE EASEMENT TO CORPS OF
ENGINEERS
WHEREAS, this is unusuable portion of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute document granting flowage
easement on unusable land to Corps of Engineers for purpose of permanent and temporary
flooding of the Arkansas River for total amount of $6,700.
SECTION 2. The legal description of the parcel is: Attached and marked EXHIPIT A
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.

A tract of land situate in the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, being that part of Lots 1, 2 and 3
and the W' /2 of Block 11, all that part of Block 14, all of that part of Block 17 and the west 20 feet of
Block 19 of Russell's Addition to the City of Little Rock, in Fractional Section 2, Township I North,
Range 12 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, lying between the 234 -foot contour, National Geodetic
Vertical Datum, (N.G.V.D.), and the ordinary high water line, right bank of the Arkansas River, and
containing 0.50 acre, more or less, all of which is included in previously acquired tracts as follows:
0.10 in Tract No. 454E and 0.10 in Tract No. 455E and 0.30 acres in Tract No. 456E.

12 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, lying between the 236 -foot contour, N.G.V.D., and the 234 -
foot contour, N.G.V.D., right bank of the Arkansas River, and containing 0.35 acre, more or less.
The above described tracts for permanent flooding contain, in the aggregate, 0.85 acre, more or less.

A tract of land situate in the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, being that part of Lots 1, 2 and 3
and the W%z of Block 11, and that part of Block 14, that part of Block 17 and the west 20 feet of Block
19 of Russell's Addition to the City of Little Rock, in Fractional Section 2, Township I North, Range
12 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, lying between the 238 -foot contour, N.G.V.D., and the 236 -
foot contour, N.G.V.D., right bank of the Arkansas River, and containing 0.60 acre, more or less.
