A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS
FOR THE SALE OF A PORTION OF RIGHT -OF-
WAY OF VIMY RIDGE ROAD FOR EASEMENT TO
SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY.
WHEREAS, this is unused portion of right -of -way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute document granting
easement of small portion of right -of -way to Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for purpose
of upgrading communications facilities in the area for total amount of $1,000.
SECTION 2. The legal description of the parcel is: 30 foot by 30 foot easement in NE '' /a,
SE '/4 of Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W with the western line of said easement to be located parallel
and adjacent to the westerly right -of -way of Vimy Ridge Road and the southern line of said
easement will be located parallel and adjacent to the northern right -of -way line of the Union
Pacific Railroad right -of -way.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
