A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH GENE SUMMERS
CONSTRUCTION, IN THE AMOUNT OF.$240,114, FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF STREETS AND DRAINAGE IN MADISON
HEIGHTS PHASE H.
WHEREAS, project will provide streets and drainage for construction of Madison Heights Phase II.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract with Gene
summers Construction, lowest bid meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $240,114
($218,286 plus 10% contingency) for construction of streets and drainage in Madison Heights Phase 11.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account CDBG- C00 -G518 -0518.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
