A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH CINERGY, INC., IN THE
AMOUNT OF $313,953 FOR 2000 ACCESS RAMP
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City is required to construct access ramps on all streets which have been resurfaced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Cinergy, Inc.,
lowest bid meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $313,953 ($285,412 plus 10%
contingency) for 2000 Access Ramps Construction Project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 210- 220 -BO17 and 303 - 220 -0776.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
