A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPPOINTENTS TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT, RACIAL AND CULTURAL.
DIVERSITY COMMISSION, SISTER CITIES
COMMISSION, AND THE ZOO BOARD OF
GOVERNORS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed or reappointed
as members of the respective Boards and Commissions:
(a) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Mr. William Ruck, (Civil Engineer) reappointed to serve a three year term expiring
February 4, 2004.
Mr. Scott Richburg, (Real Estate Rep.) reappointed to serve a three year term
expiring February 4, 2004.
(b) RACIAL CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION
Ms. Teresa McLemore, (Ward 4) appointed to serve the unexpired term of Ms.
Cassandra Woods, said term expiring March 3, 2002.
(c) SISTER CITIES COMMISSION
Mr. Anthony Black, reappointed to serve a five year term, expiring January 5,
2006.
Mr. Bob Callan, reappointed to serve a five year term, expiring January 5, 2006.
Ms. Charlotte Gadbcry, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Ms. Barbara
Graves, said term expiring January 5, 2005.
(d) ZOO BOARD OF GOVERNORS
Mr. George Malloy, III, reappointed to serve a three year term expiring February
16, 2004.
Mr. David Graf, appointed serve a three year term, replacing Ms. Janet Huckabee,
said term expiring February 16, 2004.

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in fiill force and effect from and after its adoption.
