A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH GARY & LEANNA GODLEY AS PART OF THE CENTRAL
HIGH TARGETED NEIGHBORHOOD ENHANCEMENT PLAN TO
RENOVATE A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 1900 SOUTH SUMMIT
STREET, IN THE APPROVED CENTRAL HIGH TNEP AREA.
WHEREAS, Gary and Leanna Godley will renovate and reside in the structure at 1900
South Summit; and
WHEREAS, the renovation will encompass the interior and exterior of the structure with
a project cost of $47,783.03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with Gary and
Leanna Godley for the renovation of the residence at 1900 Summit Street in the approved
Central High TNEP area.
SECTION 2. This action authorizes a $9,566.61 contract between the City of Little
Rock, and Gary and Leanna Godley to support renovation activities at 1900 Summit
Street in the Central High TNEP area.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
