3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF ONE 9 CUBIC YARD
4 DUMP TRUCK WITH LOADER FROM LITTLE ROCK EQUIPMENT SALES;
5 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, after a competitive bidding process it was determined that Little Rock
8 Equipment Sales was the lowest responsible and responsive bidder,
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
10 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
11 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to purchase one 9 cubic yard dump truck
12 with loader from Little Rock Equipment Sales in an amount not to exceed ninety-three
13 thousand eight hundred and forty seven dollars ($93,875.00) in accordance with the bid
14 submitted pursuant to Bid No. 00380.
15 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are available in Account No. 600 - 360 - 6020 - 7060 -10.
16 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, item, sentence, clause,
17 phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
18 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall
19 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
20 unconstitutional was not originally a part of the resolution.
21 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
22 are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such
23 inconsistency.
