A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
TOWNSHIP BUILDERS, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF
$119,293 FOR 20TIl STREET, LEWIS STREET TO
WASHINGTON STREET, IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, A 1995 SURPLUS FUNDS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, this program was selected as a 1995 Surplus Funds Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a
contract with Township Builders, Inc., lowest bid meeting specifications, in an amount
not to exceed $119,293 ($108,449 plus 10% contingency) for 20th Street, Lewis Street to
Washington Street, Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 215- 220 -0906.
