A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF ROSE
STREET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF KANIS ROAD
BETWEEN JOHN BARROW ROAD AND MICHAEL
STREET TO BUSINESS PARK DRIVE. (G -25 -178)
WHEREAS, all owners of property abutting Rose Street on the
north side of Kanis Road between John Barrow Road and Michael
Street support the petition requesting that the name of the street
be changed to Business Park Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The name of Rose Street on the north side of Kanis
Road between John Barrow Road and Michael Street is hereby changed
to Business Park Drive.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and the City Manager is hereby directed
to notify all departments of said change.
