RESOLUTION NO. 10, 910
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH TOWNSHIP BUILDERS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $236,207 FOR CAPITOL AVENUE
STREETSCAPE.
WHEREAS, This is a continuation of Capitol Avenue Streetscape.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. City Manager is herby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to
Township Builders, lowest bidder meeting specification, in an amount not to exceed
$236,207 ($214,734 PLUS a 10% CONTINGENCY) for Capitol Avenue Streetscape,
south half of Rock to Cumberland Streets.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 210- 220 -0540.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
