A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE THE ROW
ABANDONMENT AT 4822 COUNTRY CLUB BLVD, LOT 8,
BLOCK 14 OF NEWTON ADDITION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 180' day of July, 2000, asking the Board of Directors to
abandon right -of -way at 4822 Country Club Blvd, in Lot 8, Block 14, of Newton Addition
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Original City now
appearing of record in Deed Book "1 ", Page 80, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements located on said Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 1 st day of August, 2000.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in
a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
