RESOLUTION NO. 10,858
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH TOWNSHIP BUILDERS, INC., IN THE
AMOUNT OF $245,567 FOR "H" AT
UNIVERSITY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, A 1997 INFRASTRUCTURE
INVESTMENT PROGRAM PROJECT.
WHEREAS, this program was selected as a 1997 Infrastructure Investment Program Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Township
Builders, Inc., lowest biddest meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $245,567 ($223,243
plus 10% contingency) for "H" at University Drainage Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 215- 220 -0658.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
