RESOLUTION NO. 10,857,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEEDS FOR THE
SALE OF THREE LOTS ON COLLEGE STREET
TO JERRY MEYER.
WHEREAS, these lots are vacant and are excess property.
WHEREAS, these lots must be maintained by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute deeds for the sale of lots described as
Lot 9, Mercantile Trust Company Subdivision of Block 3, Hanger's Addition or 915 College Street;
Lot 2, Block 6, Hanger's Addition or 1205 College Street; and Lot 6, Block 5, Dodge Addition or 1423
College Street, City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
