A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEEDS
FOR THE SALE OF TWO CITY OWNED
VACANT LOTS TO CENTRAL LITTLE
ROCK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION
WHEREAS, these lots are vacant and are excess property.
WHEREAS, these lots must be maintained by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute deeds for the sale of lots
described as Lot 3, Block 31 and Lot 2, Block 35 Centennial Addition or 1611 S. Battery and
1705 S. Battery, respectively City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
