A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE BLOCK 330, BOUNDED BY
6TH STREET, 7TH STREET, VICTORY AND PULASKI STREETS
IN THE ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the May 15, 2000, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon alley located in Block 330 bounded by 6h Street, 7a' Street, Victory and Pulaski
Streets in Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, subject to any public utility easements
located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 20th day of May, 2000.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks
in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having'general circulation in
the City of Little Rock.
